Jona boasts thoughtful, intelligent architecture designed to honor the heritage character of Rapperswil-Jona whilst bringing its own unique touch to the area. An articulated and unified facade gives way to spaces defined by considered and intuitive floorplans, allowing the act of living to unfold with the utmost ease.

A METICULOUSLY
COMPOSED FACADE

Combining a symmetrical form with linear proportions and strong articulation, there is a grandiosity to the facade that commands its place on Oberseestrasse. Embracing a sophisticated and monochromatic palette, the materiality is both robust and timeless – designed to stand the test of time both physically and aesthetically.

Grounded by a podium, the upper level has intentionally been set back from the street to reduce the bulk of the building. At the centre, a prominent arrival experience has been cultivated by a tranquil walkway through to the lobby. The materiality and form is offset by a diversity of lush vegetation, creating a harmonious blend of natural and architectural elements.

INSPIRED BY THE UNIQUELY RICH LANDSCAPE OF LIGURIA.

Jona is inspired by Liguria region in northern Italy. This area is renowned throughout the world for its artisans, craftsmen and stone masons. Imbued by the essence of regions sophistication and an undeniable sense of craftsmanship, these homes are awash with stunning Carrara marble surfaces procured straight from an Italian quarry.

Jona’s alluring and well-appointed finishes palette features durable European Oak floors, rustic limestone tiles and sublime Carrara Marble procured from a premium Italian quarry.
